Shinjuku Bunka Quint Building, High-rise building in Shinjuku district, Japan

Shinjuku Bunka Quint Building is a 111.6-metre tower on Koshu Kaido in Yoyogi, Shibuya, next to Bunka Fashion College. Its name comes from the five businesses, led by Bunka Gakuen, that commissioned it, and it is operated by Sumitomo Realty. A bronze-coloured globe stands at the main entrance.

It stands along Koshu Kaido in Yoyogi, next to Bunka Fashion College, and is operated by Sumitomo Realty. From July 2003 to September 2012, Square Enix had offices here before moving near Higashi-Shinjuku Station.

The building sits in an area where contemporary shops and traditional eateries coexist, showing how Shinjuku blends modern commerce with local food culture.

The building stands along Koshu Kaido in Yoyogi, Shibuya ward, next to Bunka Fashion College. From Shinjuku Station's Shinjuku-minamiguchi exit it is about a 4-minute walk via the Keio New Line, Toei Shinjuku and Oedo lines; the south exit takes about 9 minutes. Tocho-mae Station's A2 exit is about 7 minutes away.

The name "Quint" means five: the building was developed by five businesses led by Bunka Gakuen, the fashion school next door. A bronze globe ornament stands at the main entrance, and the Pfizer logo on the upper facade was removed in summer 2022.
