The building gained recognition as a Monument of History and Culture in 1979 and appears on Almaty's State List of Historical Monuments. This designation reflects its importance in the city's architectural heritage.
The hotel is located at 105 Dostyk Avenue near Kazhymukan Street and is easy to find. Rooms range from simple categories to deluxe options, so there is something for different needs.
The facade is clad with concrete panels that alternate with glazed windows, creating a minimalist design. During renovations, the facade color was changed from white to dark cherry, giving the building a fresh appearance.
