The Arena Annenki features four stands with a total capacity of 3,565 seats, along with an artificial turf field measuring 101 by 69 meters.

Built in 1987 as DYUSSH Annenki, the stadium underwent complete reconstruction and reopened on September 12, 2010 under its current name.

The stadium serves as the home ground for FC Kaluga and their reserve team, hosting regional football tournaments and community sports events.

The southern tribune contains player locker rooms, visitor restrooms, a cafeteria, and the complex includes a hotel and parking facilities.

The facility features a separate training field with artificial turf and served as the training base for the Senegal national team during 2018 FIFA World Cup.
