Малое Голубино

Maloye Golubino is a former estate in Yasenevo with an 18th-century manor house featuring classical facades and auxiliary buildings arranged across landscaped grounds. The site functions today as a public park accessible through multiple entrances with paths connecting the various areas.

The estate began in 1653 when Timofey Izmaylov divided his land among his children, establishing Maloye Golubino for his sons Pyotr and Mikhail. The family expanded and shaped the property over subsequent generations, with the manor house later taking on its classical form during the 18th century.

The grounds preserve elements of period landscape design, with rows of linden trees and a pond that still shape how people move through and experience the space today.

The park is easy to explore on foot with multiple entry points and connects to Moscow's public transportation network for convenient access. Visitors should allow time to wander through all sections of the grounds, as different areas offer varying views and spatial experiences.

During the 1812 conflict, the estate contributed only one soldier to Moscow's militia, revealing just how sparse the population was at that time. This small number offers insight into the region's quiet rural past before urban expansion reshaped the area.
