The Hôtel particulier d'Ekaterina Novokrechtchenova is a mansion built in the Art Nouveau style with curved lines and ornamental floral decoration covering its facade. The building was constructed in 1910 by architect Mikhail Kvyatkovsky and served as a residence for the wealthy Novokrechtchenov family. In 1919, following the revolution, municipal authorities took ownership and the structure entered a new chapter in its use.

The mansion carries the name of the wealthy Novokrechtchenov family who lived here and displayed their prosperity through their choice of residence. Walking through the area, one can observe how the grand structure reflected the social standing of its inhabitants.

The building is located in Samara and can be easily viewed from the street, with architectural details becoming clearer when observed from a moderate distance. A comprehensive restoration in 1995 preserved the original elements, making it easier to appreciate the structure as it appeared when first built.
