Källtorpssjön runt

The Källtorpssjön trail forms a complete circuit around the lake, passing through sections of pine forest and wooden walkways near the water's edge.

The path has been a recreational route since the 1930s when Hellasgården recreational center was established to promote outdoor activities for Stockholm residents.

Local residents maintain Nordic walking groups that meet weekly at Hellasgården to traverse the trail while practicing traditional Swedish outdoor exercise methods.

The 3.5-kilometer trail features multiple entry points, clear signage, and benches positioned at regular intervals for resting while observing the lake views.

During winter months, the frozen lake surface becomes an extension of the trail, enabling visitors to walk directly across the ice when conditions permit.
