Sicheslavska Naberezhna

Sicheslavska Naberezhna is a 23-kilometer riverside walkway that runs along the right bank of the Dnipro River through the city. The path connects different zones with paved surfaces, planted areas, and clearly defined sections.

Development of this riverside area began in the late 1950s as part of Soviet urban planning, with municipal infrastructure built underneath the pathways. This initial phase shaped the foundation of what exists today.

The promenade serves as a gathering place where locals come to walk, meet friends, and spend time together by the water. You can observe how people of all ages use the riverside as their natural recreational space.

The pathway is flat and easy to navigate, making it suitable for walking at your own pace and exploring the full length. You will find restaurants and cafes scattered along the route for breaks and refreshments.

The riverside includes several fountains with one featuring water jets that shoot more than 50 meters into the air. A notable feature is a 50-meter-long Family Bench installed in 2011 as a gift to the city.
