Chelmsford Forum, Indoor sports venue in North Billerica, Massachusetts.

The Chelmsford Forum contains an ice rink with seating capacity of 3,500 people and functions as a multi-purpose sports and concert facility.

The facility opened in 1964 as Tully Forum and served as home to UMass Lowell River Hawks, where they won NCAA Division II championships in 1981 and 1982.

The Chelmsford Forum hosts ice hockey matches for multiple educational institutions including Chelmsford High School and a technical school cooperative team.

Valley Rinks manages the facility since 2018, maintaining regular ice schedules for sports teams and public skating sessions throughout the year.
