Marbridge Building, Office building in Herald Square, Manhattan, US
The Marbridge Building stands at 1328 Broadway between 34th and 35th Streets, with an eleven-story structure built in stone and brick.
William R. H. Martin commissioned the construction of the Marbridge Building in 1908, investing approximately one million dollars in the project.
The building housed multiple retail establishments throughout its history, including Rogers Peet Company and Weber & Heilbroner men's clothing stores.
The structure features E-shaped floors that provide office spaces, with contemporary tenants occupying multiple levels for commercial operations.
Baseball manager John McGraw and player Mike Donlin operated a billiards parlor in the building before pool champion Willie Hoppe took over in 1912.
