Mountainlair

Mountainlair is the student union building at West Virginia University, sprawling across three levels and housing meeting spaces, dining areas, and recreation facilities. The interior contains an information desk, post office, bank, and multiple food options to serve campus needs throughout the day.

The building opened in 1968 as a replacement for an earlier structure that had served students since 1948. This new construction was designed to provide more space and improved facilities for growing campus activities.
