Paul Harvey Deming House, Tudor Revival residence in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, US.
The Paul Harvey Deming House was a residential building in Grosse Pointe Farms designed in Tudor Revival style. It featured steeply pitched gables, decorative half-timber framing, and stucco walls typical of the architectural movement.
The house was built in 1907 and was among the first year-round residences in Grosse Pointe Farms. It stood at 111 Lake Shore Road until its demolition in 1997.
The residence reflected the architectural preferences of wealthy Detroit industrialists in the early 20th century through its Tudor Revival design and extensive grounds.
The property had a U-shaped layout with a covered vehicle entrance. Access came through a private drive from Lakeshore Road.
The house, also known as Cherryhurst, received both National Register of Historic Places designation and Michigan State Historic Site status in 1996. These honors came just one year before its demolition.
