One Lincoln Street stands 503 feet tall with 36 floors, featuring a modern glass and granite facade that incorporates polished gray granite at its base with pre-cast panels spanning the upper floors.

Completed in 2003 after three years of construction, this skyscraper was built on a former city parking lot site with a development cost of approximately 350 million dollars.

The building serves as a prominent hub for Boston's financial services industry, housing numerous investment firms and trading companies that contribute to the city's economic landscape.

The tower offers one million square feet of rentable office space, a five-level underground garage accommodating 900 vehicles, and ground-level retail spaces for tenant convenience.

During construction, engineers used an innovative 'up-up' sequential foundation approach to prevent settlement damage to the neighboring historic 1876 Bedford Building while installing protective slurry walls.
