Börsenhochhaus, High-rise building in Idar-Oberstein, Germany.

The Börsenhochhaus reaches 75 meters into the sky with 23 floors constructed from steel, concrete, and glass panels along Mainzer Street.

The construction of this commercial structure took place between 1971 and 1973, serving as the German Diamond and Gemstone Exchange headquarters until 2011.

Chancellor Helmut Kohl delivered ceremonial speeches in the building's exchange hall during 1992 and 1993, emphasizing its role in German commerce.

The building contains individual offices, conference rooms, a hotel, a law firm, a music school, and a bistro on the ground floor.

The German Gemstone Museum resided within this building until 1996 before relocating to Villa Purpers across the street.
