Capel Als, Nonconformist chapel and Grade II listed building in Llanelli, Wales.

The building features a rectangular layout with large windows, stone walls, and architectural elements characteristic of Welsh religious structures from the 1850s.

The chapel's initial structure from 1780 underwent expansion in 1797, marking the period when Llanelli started developing its industrial activities in coal and copper.

David Rees transformed the chapel between 1829 and 1869, increasing membership from 250 to 800 people while establishing new religious centers in the region.

The chapel maintains its religious function and stands at 20.5 meters elevation, with access through the main entrance facing the street in central Llanelli.

The name Als might derive from a woman named Alice whose cottage previously occupied the site, or from the Welsh word for rock, referencing the stone face behind.
