The Guia Gold Mine extends through 1.5 kilometers of tunnels, displaying authentic gold pyrite veins within the Alpine mountain structure.

From its opening in 1710 until closure in 1961, the mine reached peak production between 1937 and 1945, extracting 580 kilograms of gold in 1948.

The mine museum preserves the industrial heritage of Anzasca Valley, documenting the methods and daily experiences of hundreds of miners who worked there.

Tours require advance reservations for groups of minimum 15 people, with adult tickets costing 8 euros and children aged 6-13 paying 6 euros.

The 800-meter tunnel system maintains a constant temperature of 9°C with 97% humidity and features wheelchair-accessible paths throughout the facility.
