Levent Loft, Mixed-use building complex in Esentepe, Istanbul, Turkey.
Levent Loft is a residential complex in Esentepe made up of two connected sections, with the front rising to 11 stories and the rear to 7 stories. The buildings contain multiple apartment types arranged across the total footprint.
The project grew from a partnership between Akfen GYO and Sağlam İnşaat, with design work by Tabanlıoğlu Architects, a well-known Turkish architectural firm. This collaboration brought together expertise in residential construction and urban development.
The building brings together homes and workspaces, showing how Istanbul today blends living and working in one place. You can see this modern approach reflected in how the spaces flow together.
The complex sits in a well-connected part of Esentepe and is easy to reach. The site offers internal facilities that residents use throughout the day, making it a self-contained space.
The site includes extensive amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, spa areas, and a fitness center available only to residents. These facilities are built directly into the complex, so people can use them without ever leaving the grounds.
