Built in the 1860s, the property changed ownership from the Radziwiłł family to Senator Aleksander Kruzensztern, who gifted it to his daughter Zofia Ruediger.
The palace grounds represent the architectural traditions of 19th-century Polish nobility and currently function as the College of Public Administration.
Located in central Białystok, visitors can view the palace exterior and explore the surrounding park, which remains open throughout the year.
German forces set fire to the building during their retreat in 1944, after which the restored palace transitioned from private ownership to educational purposes.
