Happy Valley Chongqing, Theme park in Yubei District, Chongqing, China
Happy Valley Chongqing spans 550,000 square meters across six themed zones including Fantasy Island, Typhoon Bay, and Dinosaur Forest with numerous rides and attractions.
The park opened in July 2017 as the seventh installation of the Happy Valley chain, following the success of earlier locations starting with Shenzhen in 1998.
The Old Chongqing zone within the park incorporates local heritage elements, presenting regional characteristics through its architecture and entertainment offerings.
Visitors can reach the park using metro line 6 to Pingchang Station or bus lines 848, 849, and 850, with operating hours from 9:00 to 18:00 daily.
The park features a 120-meter-tall Ferris wheel called The Eye of Chongqing, providing views of the Jialing River and surrounding mountainous landscape.
