The Oval is a modern office building in Limassol with 16 floors of workspace arranged in a distinctive curved form. The structure rises to about 75 meters and features an aluminum-clad exterior along the waterfront, housing corporate tenants and supporting facilities for daily operations.
The building was constructed from 2014 to 2017 as part of a new wave of development along Limassol's waterfront. Its completion marked a shift toward contemporary corporate architecture in this coastal area.
The building sits prominently along Limassol's waterfront and has become a recognizable part of the city's modern skyline. Its curved shape and aluminum facade make it stand out from older surrounding structures, reflecting how contemporary design has reshaped the seafront.
The building provides elevators for vertical access, basement parking for vehicles, a cafeteria for meals, and a manned reception desk operating around the clock. Visitor access is managed through the main lobby area.
The structure uses underground heat exchange systems to reduce energy consumption and achieved a top energy efficiency rating at completion. This approach was a first for its kind in southern Europe when the building opened.
