The Oval

The Oval reaches 75 meters into the sky with 16 floors of office spaces, featuring a curved exterior covered in 10,000 aluminum panels along the seafront.

Construction of this commercial structure began in 2014 and reached completion in 2017, marking a new phase of development in the Limassol coastal area.

The building represents the evolution of Cyprus business architecture through its integration of Mediterranean coastal positioning and modern corporate requirements.

The structure contains four high-speed elevators, two basement parking levels, a cafeteria, and a reception area with 24-hour security monitoring systems.

This office building achieved a Class A energy rating through its decentralized geothermal systems, making it the first of its kind in southern Europe.
