Lemesos Marina is a waterfront complex in Limassol that accommodates around 660 vessels along the Mediterranean shore. The site includes boat berths alongside residential units and shops, blending maritime facilities with an urban neighborhood.

The marina's development transformed Limassol's former port quarter and connected the medieval castle area with contemporary maritime infrastructure. This project marked a major shift in how the city's waterfront evolved.

The waterfront promenade draws locals and visitors who enjoy meals at local taverns serving Cypriot dishes, along with restaurants from around the world. Throughout the year, events and gatherings here show how the community embraces this public space.

The site provides around 700 parking spaces for cars and designated zones for tourist coaches, with direct access to the beach and city center. Restaurants, shops, and the shoreline are all within walking distance, making navigation straightforward.

The complex houses not only boat berths but also apartments and shops, functioning as a self-contained residential and commercial neighborhood along the water. This model demonstrates how modern port design can merge living, working, and leisure spaces in one location.
