Quai de l'Amiral Ponchardier

The Quai de l'Amiral Ponchardier is a waterfront path in Villefranche-sur-Mer that runs alongside the harbor and opens views toward the Mediterranean Sea and the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula. The walkway connects different sections of the port and includes several spots where you can stop and rest while looking out at the water.

The quay was named after Admiral Léon Michel Ponchardier, connecting it to the region's naval history. The waterfront underwent development in the late 1800s to support the growing maritime trade and port activities of the area.
