The venue was founded in 2021 when four restaurant professionals acquired and transformed a former residential building. This renovation created a new dining spot in this riverside location.

The kitchen works with local Loire Valley producers and highlights regional products in its French dishes. This approach to cooking reflects traditions that diners can taste in every course.

The restaurant sits right along the river, making it easy to reach by public transport and close to other attractions around the city. Wheelchair access is available throughout the spaces, ensuring all visitors can enjoy their meal comfortably.

The restaurant accommodates up to 100 guests spread across multiple dining areas, which gives it an intimate feel despite its size. This layout allows different groups to dine simultaneously without feeling crowded.
