The founder Valentin, trained at La Caféothèque in Paris, opened the venue to introduce specialty coffee culture to Toulouse. Later, partner Stephanie joined to help develop and expand the operation.
The place draws coffee beans from carefully chosen growing regions around the world, valuing quality at every step from farm to cup.
The venue opens during daytime hours on weekdays and Saturdays with varying schedules between days. Guests should know that terrace seating is limited and lunch vouchers are accepted for dining.
Visitors can watch the roasting process happening right in the café and purchase freshly roasted beans to brew at home. This blend of workshop and retail makes the place appealing to coffee enthusiasts.
