Skansen Taboru Kolejowego w Chabówce

This railway heritage park displays 90 historical vehicles across multiple tracks, including steam locomotives, diesel engines, and passenger carriages from different eras.

Established in the mid-1980s on a former locomotive depot site, the museum officially opened in 1994 to preserve Polish railway transportation heritage.

The museum collection includes the TKb-1479 steam locomotive from 1878, manufactured by Schwartzkopff in Berlin for the Magdeburg-Halberstadt railway line.

The museum organizes retro train rides on routes to Kasina Wielka and Mszana Dolna, with options for private train rentals and guided tours.

Historic rolling stock from this museum appeared in multiple films, including Schindler's List and Katyn, maintaining authentic period transportation scenes.
