The establishment was founded in 2004 in Kaohsiung when owner Wang Tzi-Wei converted his ice cream shop into a full-service dining venue. The unconventional concept later expanded to include additional locations across Taiwan.
The restaurant draws inspiration from a Japanese manga character featured in Dr. Slump, reflecting how Taiwan embraces bold and playful dining concepts. Visitors experience a blend of humor and creativity that transforms everyday objects into conversation pieces.
