RUCHE le Restaurant offers innovative cuisine featuring homegrown ingredients from its permaculture garden, complemented by an extensive collection of over three hundred biodynamic and natural wine references from committed growers across France and Europe.

The establishment was founded by Chef Cybèle Idélot from San Francisco, who developed a locavore and zero-waste culinary philosophy within the historic Domaine les Bruyères estate that dates back to eighteen fifty.

The restaurant represents modern French gastronomy with strong environmental values, emphasizing short supply chains, sustainable viticulture, and educational opportunities about ecological responsibility in cooking and wine production.

Open Thursday through Sunday with lunch service on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from twelve to two o'clock, and dinner service on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from seven thirty to ten o'clock.

The restaurant grows its own vegetables and fruits using permaculture methods, employing fermentation techniques to utilize every part of ingredients including trimmings and leaves, achieving complete zero-waste operations.
