The restaurant is housed in Hotel Belles Rives, where F. Scott Fitzgerald and his wife Zelda stayed during their time on the French Riviera in the 1920s. This literary connection ties the place to a defining period of European cultural life.

The kitchen draws on Mediterranean ingredients and cooking methods rooted in the chef's background in western France. This blend of two regional traditions shapes what appears on your plate and how the meal unfolds.
