Villa El Djézaïr, Neo-Moorish villa in Juan-les-Pins, France.

Villa El Djézaïr is a Neo-Moorish residence in Juan-les-Pins featuring a minaret tower, curved loggias, and traditional mashrabiyas decorating its exterior. These Oriental elements form a unified architectural design throughout the structure.

Architect Ernest Truch designed this residence in 1922 for its owner Camille Chrétien, who named it after his travels in Algeria. Doctor Héry expanded it with an eastern wing in 1936.

The building displays North African influences throughout its rooms and surfaces that visitors encounter when walking through. Arabic patterns and decorative details shape how the interior feels and looks.

Today the property operates as a restaurant, bar, and garden space serving Middle Eastern food and hosting events throughout the year. Visitors can explore the grounds or enjoy a meal in this setting.

The garden surrounding the property contains exotic plant species, creating a Mediterranean environment nestled between the railway line and the seafront road. This green space connects the property to both the sea and the town.
