Бізнес-центр "Краків"
The Krakow Business Center is a commercial building in Kyiv housing office spaces, retail areas, and multiple functional zones across more than 2,000 square meters. The structure features several floors with large windows, bright hallways, and a clear spatial layout designed to support daily business activities and gatherings.
The building originally functioned as a cinema before undergoing comprehensive renovation and transformation. Renovation work began in 2018, converting the historic structure into a modern multipurpose space for business and cultural activities.
The center's name references the Polish city of Krakow, reflecting an international perspective in its design and purpose. Today it serves as a gathering point for business professionals and cultural events, with visitors regularly experiencing exhibitions, performances, and shared workspaces throughout the facility.
The location is easily accessible by vehicle with parking available for visitors. The building is fully accessible for people with mobility needs, featuring elevators, wheelchair access, and adapted facilities throughout.
During 2018 renovations, a distinctive wall relief created by Ukrainian artists in 1968 was removed, representing a significant piece of the building's artistic heritage. This artwork had been a defining visual element of the original cinema and remains part of the site's cultural history.
