Viewpoint Santa Catarina is a stone balcony overlooking the Douro River in central Porto. From here, six bridges connecting the city to the opposite bank are clearly visible.
This location emerged in the 18th century during Porto's urban expansion. Over time it became a central gathering place for the city's residents.
