Bramble, Rooftop restaurant and bar at Musée du Quai Branly, Paris, France
Bramble is a restaurant and bar occupying the top floor of the Musée du Quai Branly with views of the Eiffel Tower from both indoor and outdoor sections. The space features multiple levels with seating oriented toward the city and the museum's gardens below.
It opened in 2006 alongside the museum's gastronomic expansion, launched together with the restaurant Les Ombres. This marked a shift in Paris dining by combining a world cultures museum with fine dining on the same venue.
The space reflects the museum's artistic mission through contemporary installations that blend into the dining environment. Visitors experience this integration of art and food as part of the broader cultural exploration the venue encourages.
Access is through a separate street entrance at 27 Quai Jacques Chirac in the 7th arrondissement, independent of the museum. It operates daily from 6 PM to 1 AM, making it easy to visit for drinks or a full meal without entering the museum.
The bartenders wear paint-splattered uniforms as an artistic statement. Their cocktails combine unexpected ingredients like mezcal with blackberry cream and geranium vinegar.
