Bella Ciela is a rooftop bar located on the eighth floor of Mercure Nice Centre Notre Dame, overlooking the rooftops of Nice and Notre Dame Basilica. The space features both indoor and outdoor seating where guests can enjoy panoramic views while drinking and eating.
The venue previously operated as Skylounge Nice Bar & Rooftop before undergoing a rebrand to Bella Ciela in early 2023. This transition reflected a shift in concept and management for the rooftop space.

The bar is open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM and accepts credit cards, cash, and meal tickets as payment. Access requires taking the elevator or stairs to the eighth floor, so plan accordingly for your visit.
Hotel guests have access to a rooftop pool on an upper level with sun loungers, adding another way to enjoy the panorama. This private area sits above the main bar and offers additional perspectives of the coast.
