The Windmill occupies a renovated circular building with white stone walls and numerous windows situated near the Black Sea shoreline. The space provides both indoor seating and an outdoor terrace for diners.

The structure was designed in the early 1990s by local architects who drew inspiration from traditional Bulgarian agricultural buildings in a contemporary style. This blend of historical forms with modern design continues to define the building.

The restaurant combines Black Sea Bulgarian recipes with international cuisine, featuring local seafood and seasonal products from the surrounding area. Diners experience how traditional coastal cooking meets contemporary preparation methods here.

The restaurant accepts reservations and offers both indoor seating and outdoor terrace space, allowing visitors to choose based on weather or preference. The circular layout with multiple windows provides views from different vantage points.
