Golf Resort Sonnenalp - Golfplatz Sonnenalp, Golf course in Bolsterlang, Germany.
Golf Resort Sonnenalp is an 18-hole course with an additional 6-hole short course spread across rolling terrain surrounded by forest and mountain views. The facility includes 22 covered driving range tees, practice greens, chipping areas, and bunkers for skill development.
The course was designed by architect Kurt Rossknecht and opened in 2004 when the Sonnenalp Resort expanded its outdoor recreation offerings. It has remained a central part of the larger resort complex since its opening.
The Seehaus Restaurant within the resort serves Mediterranean food prepared with regional ingredients by Chef Thomas Heher. Visitors can experience the combination of Italian recipes and local products during their stay.
The course operates daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with easy access to practice facilities for all skill levels. Visitors should note that the facility sits in rolling terrain, so comfortable shoes and plenty of water are advisable.
At the ninth hole, golfers can order snacks and drinks by phone and have them delivered to the next tee. This practical feature allows players to stay focused and maintain their game flow without leaving the course.
