Plage du Rossignol

The cove features fine sand and pebbles, bordered by rocky formations and located 6 kilometers from Le Lavandou city center along the Mediterranean coast.

The beach earned its designation as a naturist area during the 1960s when European coastal regions started establishing dedicated spaces for clothing-optional recreation.

Local regulations allow both traditional beachgoers and naturists to share the space, reflecting the French Mediterranean approach to coastal leisure activities.

Access requires following Avenue Dr Duroux to designated parking spots, then walking down a marked path that leads to the secluded shoreline.

The west-facing position of the beach creates different light conditions throughout the day, with direct sunlight lasting until sunset.
