Plage de Camp-Long

Plage de Camp-Long is a sandy beach on the Mediterranean coast near Saint-Raphaël, bordered by red rock cliffs of the Esterel Mountains. The shoreline extends along the water and is framed by distinctive stone formations that rise from the surrounding landscape.

The beach takes its name from a military training ground established by the 36th Texas Division during World War II in the surrounding area. This military presence left marks on the local history and the place's identity.
