The Renaissance château was built in the 16th century and continues to define the estate today. The golf course was added later and integrates its modern functions with the historic structures.

The estate hosts two dining venues, with one maintaining a culinary partnership with renowned French chef Alain Ducasse. These restaurants reflect the upscale nature of the property and serve guests throughout their stay.

The property offers a driving range with 30 positions, training areas, spa facilities, and a swimming pool. Five ecolodges provide on-site accommodation for visitors wishing to stay for multiple days.

The golf course was designed as France's first fully sustainable facility, incorporating innovative rainwater recovery systems. Water treatment relies on plant-based methods rather than chemical processing.
