Golf du Pic Saint Loup, Golf course in Saint-Gély-du-Fesc, France
Golf du Pic Saint Loup is a facility featuring an 18-hole Puech course and a 9-hole Coulondres course set across natural terrain with pine and oak trees. Both courses are located in the countryside near Montpellier, with the land following the natural elevation changes of the region.
The Coulondres course was originally designed by Donald Harradine in 1980 as the facility's first development. A major renovation and expansion by Robert Berthet in 2012 transformed the complex into its current form with additional holes.
The course serves as a gathering place where golfers from surrounding areas meet regularly for competitions and social events throughout the year. It has become an important meeting point for the local golfing community.
The facility welcomes visitors daily and provides equipment rental and instruction for players of all levels. On-site dining offers Mediterranean dishes, making it easy to spend a full day at the course without needing to leave the grounds.
From the course, players can see both the Mediterranean Sea and the Pic Saint Loup mountain in the distance while playing across the rolling terrain. This combination of water and mountain views is uncommon for a golf course in this region.
