Parco Avventura
Parco Avventura is a recreational park in Castel di Sangro with suspended tree courses and climbing paths for all ages. The park features color-coded routes at different heights and a climbing tower with four difficulty levels.
The park opened in 2015 and became a landmark for outdoor activities in the region. Castel di Sangro itself has been an important crossing point between different areas of the Abruzzi for centuries.
The park sits in a region with a simple way of living where visitors move at a relaxed pace. People here value the quiet of the mountains and natural surroundings.
Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes for a visit, bringing water and a hat on sunny days. The park is easily accessible by car from Castel di Sangro town center or nearby hotels.
The park hosts the annual Mountain's Rock Festival with live music and concerts, creating lasting memories of time outdoors. Nearby there is also a wolf visitor center where you can learn more about these animals and how they live in the region.
