Mini Zoo "Kucyk"
Mini Zoo Kucyk is a small zoo in Inwałd near Wadowice where families can see and touch a variety of animals. The place includes farm animals like donkeys, goats, and sheep along with more exotic species such as kangaroos, emus, and deer, plus birds in aviaries and a colorful train for rides around the area.
The zoo was founded by Paweł and Alina Marczyńscy as a family business dedicated to caring for animals and welcoming visitors. Over time it has grown into a popular family destination in the region, preserving traditional rural activities like carriage rides and campfire gatherings.
The name 'Kucyk' refers to a young horse and reflects the connection to rural farm life that defines this place. Visitors experience a setting where countryside traditions stay alive through hands-on contact with animals and simple outdoor activities.
The zoo is accessible by bus or car by taking main road 52 toward Bielsko-Biala and following signs to Inwałd. Visitors can buy animal feed on site and should allow enough time to walk through the grounds and view all enclosures at a relaxed pace.
A standout feature is the colorful train that takes visitors around Wadowice following a route connected to Karol Wojtyla, the future pope. The train can also be rented for birthday parties and special events, adding a memorable dimension to a visit.
