Dalmaland Fun Park, Theme park in Biograd na Moru, Croatia
Dalmaland Fun Park is a theme park in Biograd na Moru, Croatia, with multiple pools, water slides, and themed zones spread across an outdoor site. The park caters to both children and adults, mixing water attractions with dry rides and entertainment areas.
The park opened on June 15, 2022, with a foundation ceremony attended by local officials and tourism representatives. It was built through a partnership between Croatian companies and Polin Waterparks, a Turkish firm that designs water park equipment worldwide.
The park is divided into named zones like Pirate Bay, Wild West, Jurassic World, and Space, each with its own look and set of rides. Children and families tend to move from one zone to the next, spending most of the day outdoors in the sun.
The park opens in the afternoon and stays open into the evening, which makes it easier to visit during hot summer days when the temperature drops later in the day. Visitors receive an RFID bracelet at the entrance to handle all payments inside without carrying cash.
The total length of all the water slides in the park adds up to around 2 km, which is unusual for a park of this size along the Croatian coast. That variety means riders can move between slow family slides and fast high-speed descents in the same visit.
