Velo Rail

Velo Rail is a pedal-powered rail bike activity set on former railway tracks running through woodlands near Bagnoles-de-l'Orne. The route follows the natural contours of the Norman landscape and uses restored track sections that guide visitors through forests and open areas.

The railway line that once connected Bagnoles-de-l'Orne to La Ferté Macé stopped operating and was later repurposed into this recreational venue. This conversion preserved the industrial past of the region by keeping the old rails in use for a new purpose.
