Bonobo Park, Treetop adventure park in Quimper, France
Bonobo Park is a treetop adventure park with 95 different activities spread across multiple courses built within century-old trees. The routes use platforms, rope bridges, and obstacles that follow the natural structure of the forest.
The park was created in the Créac'h Gwen leisure zone and was built using the existing forest of old trees as its foundation. The location was chosen and adapted specifically to incorporate the natural forest setting into the adventure experience.
The park takes inspiration from how primates move and behave in nature, letting visitors experience climbing and swinging between trees as they navigate challenges. This approach connects people to animal movement patterns in a hands-on way.
The park offers multiple courses with varying difficulty levels, allowing visitors to choose a route that matches their abilities. Comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes are essential, as the activities are physically demanding and involve climbing and moving at height.
Each course is designed with its own entry point and progression, giving each visitor a completely different experience based on the route they select. This variety makes it rewarding to return and explore different paths through the forest.
