Park Miniatur Olszowa
Park Miniatur Olszowa is an outdoor park featuring miniature models of famous churches and cathedrals from around the world arranged across about 20,000 square meters of land. The park also offers various attractions including a playground, climbing course, maze, trampolines, and boat rides on a pond.
The park was established as the first miniature collection in the Opole region to acquaint visitors with the architecture and history of religious sites. The land itself has a long past, once serving as an equestrian facility founded by Count Andreas Renard.
The churches and cathedrals displayed here come from different countries and religious traditions. Visitors can explore these sacred places in miniature form and learn about their architectural features and significance.
The park is open daily year-round and features paved paths and ramp access making it accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. Visitors should know that pets are welcome and weekday visits offer lower ticket prices.
The grounds once functioned as a working equestrian facility with stables before being transformed into a park. The historical structures were integrated into the modern park, adding a hidden layer of past to your visit.
