Legoland Florida Water Park

The water park is an expansion of the Legoland complex featuring multiple slides, a wave pool, and a lazy river spread across several colorful themed areas. Different zones are designed for various ages, with different water activities in each section.

The park opened in 2012 as an addition to the Legoland Florida Resort, expanding the main park with water-based entertainment. This development allowed the resort to offer more activities for visiting families in a single location.

Children and families engage in hands-on water activities that blend play with imagination, such as assembling floating vessels from plastic blocks. The space encourages creative participation while enjoying the water.

Visitors access the water park through the main Legoland theme park entrance, as there is no separate entry point. Bringing towels and sun protection is wise, as the sun reflects strongly off the water throughout the day.

A special feature is the Build-a-Raft river where visitors can attach plastic blocks to their float while drifting downstream. This interactive element sets this location apart from typical water park attractions and creates a personal adventure for each guest.
