The Texas location of Dinosaur World opened in 2008, following the successful establishment of similar parks in Florida and Kentucky.

The park operates from Wednesday through Sunday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with the final trail entry permitted at 3:30 PM.
Children can participate in fossil dig activities where they uncover actual fossils from sand tables and collect gemstones during special excavation sessions.
