Orra Marina, Residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina, United Arab Emirates.
Orra Marina is a residential skyscraper on the Dubai Marina waterfront with 31 floors accommodating apartments, retail units, and two villas at the base. The building features shops and commercial spaces integrated at the promenade level facing the water.
Construction began in 2008 and finished in 2012, adding another residence to the Dubai Marina skyline. Orra International, the developer, had roots in both real estate and the jewelry trade.
The architectural design of this residential tower integrates principles from Vaastu Shastra and Feng Shui to create balanced living spaces for its residents.
The tower has 30 elevators, temperature-controlled pools, and a fitness center available to residents. Abundant parking with around-the-clock security makes access and daily routines straightforward for those living here.
The lobby entrance spans about 3,000 square feet (280 square meters) and features Italian marble throughout. Most units in the tower benefit from water views, taking full advantage of the waterfront location.
