Vue De Lac, Residential towers in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Vue De Lac comprises three connected residential towers in Jumeirah Lake Towers, each rising 40 to 45 floors high. The towers offer apartments with access to gyms, saunas, swimming pools, and conference facilities within the complex.
The project began before 2007 and encountered challenges during completion. Around 30 investors filed complaints in 2009 regarding construction delays and modifications to the original design plans.
The name Vue De Lac comes from French and means View of Lake, referring to the water features surrounding the location. This French naming reflects how the towers are oriented toward the lakes that define the neighborhood.
The location offers convenient access to central Dubai with good connections to major areas. Keep in mind that this is a residential complex where access is typically limited to residents and their guests.
Each tower houses around 22 residential units with varying floor plans and configurations. This range of layouts provides different living options throughout the complex.
