Jumeirah Bay is a residential and commercial complex consisting of three towers located in the Jumeirah Lake Towers district. The towers provide apartment units and office spaces with convenient access to local transportation and roads.
Development of the complex began in 2006 and was completed in 2009 under the direction of major construction firms. This project represented an expansion of residential building in the area during Dubai's rapid growth period.
The National Engineering Bureau designed these towers to reflect Dubai's advancement in modern architectural expression within the Jumeirah Lake Towers district.
