23 Marina is a residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina with 89 floors housing 289 apartments spread throughout its structure. The building rises over 392 meters (1,286 feet) and dominates the skyline of the surrounding waterfront district.

Construction of the tower began in 2006 and was completed in 2012, marking a period of rapid residential expansion in the Dubai Marina district. The project emerged during the region's significant growth in waterfront living developments.

The structure combines high-tech and postmodern architectural elements, representing the modern residential developments in the Persian Gulf region.

The tower features 62 elevators to move residents and visitors between floors efficiently. Multiple swimming pools, a fitness center, and recreational spaces are distributed across different levels throughout the building.

Many apartments in the building have private elevators leading directly into individual units, a rare feature in residential tower design. Throughout the tower, residents have access to 57 swimming pools located at various heights.
